摘  要:以沿海沙地淡竹和四季竹为材料,使用Li-6400 XT便携式光合测定仪测定其不同光合有效辐射(PAR)下植物叶片的净光合速率(Pn)等相关指标,选用直角双曲线模型、非直角双曲线模型、直角双曲线修正模型、指数模型4种模型进行拟合,筛选其最适拟合模型,为沿海沙地竹子光合生理特性研究和生态应用提供科学依据。结果表明,用直角双曲线、非直角双曲线和指数模型对淡竹和四季竹的拟合结果表明,两种植物均不存在光饱和点(LSP),未出现光抑制现象,且拟合值与实测值差异较大;在直角双曲线修正模型拟合下,淡竹和四季竹均存在LSP并出现了光抑制现象,拟合值与实测值最符合。4种拟合模型决定系数R^2大小顺序为:直角双曲线修正模型>指数模型>非直角双曲线模型>直角双曲线模型,拟合值平均均方误差(MSE)和绝对误差(MAE)大小顺序为:直角双曲线修正模型<指数模型<非直角双曲线模型<直角双曲线模型。综合决定系数R^2、MSE和MAE值,表明直角双曲线修正模型拟合结果符合的淡竹和四季竹实际生长规律,是研究沿海沙地淡竹和四季竹光合-光响应特性最适拟合模型。Taking Phyllostachys glauca and Oligostachyum lubricum in coastal sandy land as materials,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn)and other parameters of bamboo leaves under different photosynthetic active radiation(PAR)were measured by Li-6400 XT portable photosynthetic apparatus.The optimal light response model was selected from four models:rectangular hyperbola model,non-rectangular hyperbola model,modified rectangular hyperbola model and exponential model respectively,in order to provide scientific basis for the study of photosynthetic physiological characteristics and ecological application of bamboo in coastal sandy land.The results showed that neither of rectangular hyperbola model,non-rectangular hyperbola model,and exponential model had a light saturation point(LSP),and no light suppression phenomenon of those appeared.The fitted values differed greatly from the measured values.Under fitting of modified rectangular hyperbola model,P.glauca and O.lubricum had LSP and appeared photoinhibition,and the fitted values were most consistent with the measured values.The order of the determination coefficient(R^2)was following:modified rectangular hyperbola model>exponential model>non-rectangular hyperbola model>rectangular hyperbola model.The order of both mean square error(MAE)and absolute error(MSE)of values was:modified rectangular hyperbola model<exponential model<non-rectangular hyperbola model<rectangular hyperbola model.In conclusion,according to comprehensive determination coefficients(R^2),MAE and MSE values indicated that modified rectangular hyperbola model conformed to the law of the growth of P.glauca and O.lubricum in coastal sandy land,which was the best model to study the photosynthetic-light response characteristics.
