摘  要:岩溶湖滨湿地挺水植物在拦截污染物中具有重要作用。为了研究岩溶湿地挺水植物在钙胁迫下的生长情况,以狭叶香蒲(Typha angustifolia L.)为研究对象,采用人工模拟湿地的培养方法,通过控制土壤钙浓度的方式,测量在不同钙浓度梯度下狭叶香蒲的生长状况及生理特性。结果表明:(1)在1500mg/kg的钙胁迫浓度下狭叶香蒲的生长被抑制,其株高相比其他处理出现了明显降低,且叶片中叶绿素含量显著下降;(2)狭叶香蒲在钙胁迫的作用下丙二醛(MDA)的含量有所上升,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性较对照组有所降低;(3)在较高的钙胁迫下,狭叶香蒲表现出抗逆性,其叶面积显著降低,且出现了肉质化,狭叶香蒲对钙胁迫作出的生理反应,其中在钙浓度为900mg/kg时植物生长受到抑制的,超过这一阈值,直接导致所实验植物死亡。试验结果表明:狭叶香蒲对高浓度钙胁迫有着较强的耐受性,在高浓度钙环境下的生存能力较强,可作为喀斯特湖滨湿地植被恢复及生态重建的理想材料。Water-bearing plants in karst lakeside wetland play an important role in intercepting pollutant.To study the growth of water-bearing plants in karst lakeside wetland under calcium stress,we recognized Typha angustifolia L.as object and we measured the growth and physiological characteristics of T.angustifolia L.under different calcium concentration gradients by controlling the soil calcium concentration through the artificial simulation of wetland culture.The result showed:(1)the growth of T.angustifolia L.was inhabited under the calcium stress of 1500 mg/kg,and compared to other treatments,the plant height decreased drastically,and the content of chlorophyll in leave descended obviously;(2)under calcium stress,the content of Malondialdehyde(MDA)increased,while the activity of Superoxide Dismutase(SOD)lower than the control group;(3)under high calcium stress,T.angustifolia L.showed resistance to stress,the leave area decreased significantly and the fleshy was observed.In the physiological response of T.angustifolia L.to calcium stress,the growth of plants was inhibited when the calcium concentration was 900 mg/kg,which is the threshold that will directly led to the death of the plants in the experiment.In general,T.angustifolia L.has a strong endurance to high concentration of calcium stress,and it has a strong ability of survival in high concentration of calcium environment,which can be used as an ideal material for vegetation restoration and ecological reconstruction of karst lakeshore wetlands.
