鼾症中医辨治要点探析

摘　　要：中医的鼾症相当于现代医学的睡眠呼吸暂停综合征,以睡眠过程中出现打鼾症状为主要表现,可伴有睡眠期间呼吸暂停和低通气状态,是临床常见、发病率高且具有潜在致死危险的一种睡眠呼吸障碍疾患。本疾病如不及时治疗,可产生多种并发症,危害甚广,但患者往往重视程度不足。本文结合张厂教授治疗鼾症验案一则,通过整理古今医家对鼾症病机的认识和治疗原则,总结出鼾症的辨治应辨病与辨证相结合,其病机以痰湿为核心,鼾症初期的治疗注重化痰,用药首选石菖蒲,后期的治疗注重化痰与活血相结合,配合日常调护。本文旨在开拓行之有效的中医治疗思路,为鼾症的临床治疗提供新的契机。Snoring in traditional Chinese medicine is equivalent to the sleep apnea syndrome(SAS)in modern medicine.Snoring is a disease that snoring or even accompanied by apnea and hypoventilation during sleep.It is a common disease with high incidence rate and potentially risk of death.If it is not treated in time,it may cause a variety of complications and great harm.But the patients don’t pay enough attention to it.Based on the case of Professor Zhang Chang’s treatment of snoring and the study of both ancient and modern doctors’viewpoints on the SAS’s pathogenesis and treatment,this article summarizes the key points of diagnosing and treating snoring--integrating disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,taking phlegm dampness as the core,paying attention to reducing phlegm in the early stage,using Rhizoma Acori graminei as the first choice,paying attention to invigorating the circulation of Blood and resolving phlegm method in later period and cooperating daily nursing.This article will open up an effective way of TCM treatment and provide a new opportunity for the clinical treatment of snoring.
