明代医家岳甫嘉养精五法并验案探析

摘　　要：岳甫嘉认为男子不育症以肾精不足为根本,辨治之时尤其注重养护肾精,并在《妙一斋医学正印种子编·养精有道》中确立了“寡欲”“节劳”“惩怒”“戒醉”“慎味”等5个养精法则。笔者基于岳氏论述,结合书中所载验案及男科病的现代论治,着重从“寡欲安肾以蓄精”“节劳养血以生精”“惩怒清肝以存精”“戒醉宁血以保精”以及“慎味益脾以养精”5个方面,探析岳氏养精特色。Yue Fujia believed that the fundamental pathogenesis of male infertility is Kidney essence deficiency,and especially paid attention to nourishing Kidney essence.What he said on“Miaoyizhai medical seeds are printed·Conserving essence in ways”were 5 principles:“Having few desires,preventing fatigue,punishing anger,abstaining from drunkenness,and to beware of taste.”This article based on these theories of Yue Fujia and some relevant proven cases,combined with modern clinical treatment of male infertility,emphatically from five aspects to summarize the methods of maintenance of Kidney essence of Yue Fujia.
