摘　　要：月经先期属于以周期异常为主的月经病,亦有与月经量的改变并见,严重者可发展为崩漏,甚或与不孕和流产有关,严重影响女性的身体健康及工作生活。王成荣研究员治疗月经先期颇有效验,王老认为月经血海周期性盈虚消长乃冲任经气推动使然,经气起伏及月经周期重阴转阳之变化常界于经间期,故经前冲气偏旺,本属自然。但若冲气过旺,化热则迫血妄行或灼伤络脉而月经先期而至。故该病的病机主要是“冲气偏旺”。治法以滋阴凉血为主,王老临床采用自拟滋清汤治疗月经先期常取良效。Advanced menstruation is a kind of menstrual disease with abnormal cycle.It is also related to the change of menstrual volume.In serious cases,it may develop into metrorrhagia,or even related to infertility and abortion,which seriously affects women’s health,work and daily life.Professor Wang Chengrong has good experience in the treatment of advanced menstruation.Professor Wang thought that the Chong Qi promoted the menstrual blood sea cycle of waxing and waning.The fluctuation of menstruation and the change of menstrual cycle to heavy Yin to Yang is often related to intermenstrual period.Therefore,before menstruation,it is normal to have a strong Chong Qi.But if the Chong Qi is too strong,the heat will lead to blood flow or burn the collateral vessels.and menstruation will come in advance.Professor Wang thinks that the pathogenesis of Advanced menstruation is mainly excessive of the Chong Qi.The treatment is mainly to nourish Yin and cooling blood.For treatment of Advanced menstruation,Ziqing Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy.
