摘  要:阐述了复杂光学遥感器协同制造中工艺与设计协同工作方法和管理思路。针对产品设计过程中工艺参与设计的活动,运用CSCW技术构建工艺与设计协同工作平台,建立新的工艺与设计协同工作方式,完善工艺与设计协同工作流程和程序,将工艺与设计协同工作覆盖产品方案设计/三维模型构建/详细设计全过程,实现与产品设计并行开展设计工艺性审查和工艺设计。The paper presents the cooperative work method and management ideas of process and design for the collaborative manufacturing of complex optical remote sensor.For the craftsman participating in design activities in the process of product design,the method builds the process and design collaborative work platform using CSCW technology,and establishes a new collaborative working mode of process and design,and improves the workflow and procedures of process and design collaborative,which covers the whole process of product scheme design/3D model construction/detailed design with the collaborative work of process and design,thus carries out the design process review and process design in parallel with product design.
