摘　　要：简述了产品的结构特点、技术要求,分析了材料焊接性及生产局限性,针对关键工序,提出了自动P-TIG的工艺方法,从工艺参数、力学性能、氩气变化等方面进行了产品焊接试验,确定了合适的工艺参数,批量生产表明,该工艺方案完全适合于产品的生产。This paper introduces the structure characteristics and technical requirements of products,and analyzes the weldability of material and process limitation.For key procedures,the process method of automatic P-TIG is put forward.The welding experiment of the product is carried out from the aspects of process parameters,mechanical properties,argon gas change,etc.The suitable process parameters are determined.Batch production shows that the process scheme is completely suitable for the production of the product.
