摘　　要：以宁夏已组建的六大产业联盟的研究为出发点,运用SWTO分析,从优势、劣势、机遇和风险四个方面对宁夏农业科技联盟进行全面分析,指出制约其发展的主要因素。根据SWTO分析原理方法,充分利用自身的内部优势和外部的发展机遇,通过评价因素的交叉对比分析,最终提出了SO策略、WO策略、WT策略和ST策略四种策略模式,为宁夏农业科技联盟发展提供参考。Based on the research of the six industrial alliances that has been established in Ningxia,this paper thoroughly analyses the Ningxia agricultural science and technology innovation alliance in terms of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threat under the method of SWTO analysis and points out the main factors restricting its development.According to the principle of SWTO analysis methods,after making full use of the internal advantage and external development opportunities,through the cross comparative analysis of the evaluation factors,four strategy patterns are put forward,which are SO strategy,WO strategy,WT strategy and ST strategy.It also provide references for the development of Ningxia agricultural science and technology innovation alliance.
