摘  要:为了提高渗碳速率,本文通过渗碳前对零件表面进行抛丸形变处理,并分别在有无预氧化条件下渗碳淬火,研究渗碳前抛丸形变处理对渗碳速率的影响。结果表明:进行抛丸处理可提高渗碳速率,硬化层深增加幅度随着渗碳时间的增加而减小;对于渗碳前预氧化处理试样,预氧化前抛丸处理可以提高渗速,增加硬化层深,但提高渗速和硬化层深增加的幅度较低。In order to improve the carburizing rate, the effect of shot blasting preteatment before carburizing on the carburizing rate was studied after carburizing quenching without and with pre-oxidation respectively. The results show that shot blasting treatment can improve the carburizing rate, and the increasing extent of hardened-depth decreases with the increasing of carburizing time. For the sample treated by pre-oxidation before carburizing, shot blasting before pre-oxidation can increase the permeation rate and hardened-depth, but the increasing extent is low.
