摘　　要：在深化医疗改革进程中,国家临床重点专科技术支援与协作工作能有效促进资源共享,提升基层医院专科技术水平。作者分析了首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院神经外科对外支援与协作情况,通过前期调研、多形式支援、灵活调整管理模式、完善监督与考核机制等管理方法,取得了一定的工作成效,实现了精准帮扶,并结合工作实际提出了改进建议。In the process of deepening medical reform, the technical support and collaboration of national key clinical specialties can effectively promote the sharing of resources and enhance the technical level of specialties in primary-level hospitals. The author analyzes the external support and collaboration of the Department of Neurosurgery, Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University. Through pre-investigation, multi-form support, flexible adjustment of the management model, and improvement of the supervision and assessment mechanism and other management methods, certain work results have been achieved and precision has been achieved. Help and put forward suggestions for improvement based on the actual work.
