摘　　要：国内人口老龄化形势使得人口结构性矛盾对社会的影响日益显著,然而现有的医疗服务能力无法满足社会实际需求。作者从"面向北京市养老机构的远程医疗政策试点"的立项背景出发,对项目的建设思路、任务和运营模式等建设情况进行回顾和梳理,积极探索适合国情的面向养老机构的远程诊疗新模式,以促进医养结合事业可持续发展。The aging situation of the population in China makes the impact of population structural contradictions on the society increasingly significant,but the existing medical service capabilities cannot meet the actual needs of society.Starting from the background of the project of“the pilot telemedicine policy for elderly care institutions in Beijing”,the author reviews and sorts out the project’s construction ideas,tasks and operating modes,and actively explores new models of remote diagnosis and treatment for elderly care institutions that are suitable for national conditions,In order to promote the sustainable development of medical care integration.
