北京某三甲医院门诊患者对互联网医院使用现状调查

摘　　要：目的:探讨北京某三甲医院门诊患者关于互联网医院使用的现状及影响因素,为完善互联网医院建设提供参考依据。方法:采用拦截调查法,抽取北京某三甲医院340名门诊患者进行问卷调查。调查内容包括患者基本信息、患者对互联网医院的了解、使用意愿、使用行为和影响因素等。结果:仅有32.33% 的被调查患者知晓"互联网医院",不太了解及完全不了解的患者占67.67%。患者了解互联网医院的方式多集中于网络互联网医疗企业平台、微信平台等,线下获取渠道十分贫乏。78.18%的患者表示愿意信任互联网医院推送的健康科普信息,但超过半数的患者从健康咨询到复诊依旧愿意选择实体医院。患者对互联网医院的使用意愿与行为存在着较大差距,从线下到线上,助推患者触网的因素有待进一步研究。结论:北京市医院门诊患者对互联网医院的知晓度、信任度和使用行为尚处于较低水平;应进一步加强互联网医院功能定位的宣传和解读,不断探索意愿-行为差距影响因素和合理应对措施,完善监督管理体系,继续推进互联网医院提供有保障的"云医疗"。Objective:To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of Internet Hospital use among outpatients in a tertiary hospital in Beijing,and provides a reference for improving the construction of Internet Hospital.Methods:Using the interception survey method,340 outpatients from a tertiary hospital in Beijing were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey,including the basic information of the patients,their understanding of the Internet Hospital,their willingness to use and their influencing factors.Results:Only 32.33%of the patients knew about the Internet Hospital,and 67.67%of the patients knew little or nothing about it.The way for patients to know the Internet Hospital is mainly focused on the Internet medical enterprise platform,WeChat platform,etc.,and the offline access way is very poor.78.18%of the patients expressed that they were willing to trust the health popularization information pushed by Internet Hospital,but more than half of the patients were still willing to choose offline hospitals from health consultation to follow-up treatment.There was a big gap between the intention and behavior of patients to use Internet Hospital.Conclusion:The knowledge,trust,the practice of Internet Hospital among outpatients in Beijing hospitals are still at a low level.It is necessary to further strengthen the publicity and interpretation of the function positioning of Internet Hospital,constantly explore the factors affecting the willbehavior gap and reasonable countermeasures,improve the supervision and management system,and continue to promote the Internet Hospital to provide guaranteed cloud medical care.
