摘　　要：《原机启微》是元末明初医家倪维德所著,该书共分二卷。上卷按病因、病机将眼部病证分为十八类;下卷为附方,对方剂组成、主治、方解作了详细说明。其治法多样,有清肝降火法、疏风散热法、活血养荣法等15种;组方君臣佐使分明,注重健脾养胃,讲究药物气味厚薄,善用药对;善用辛散药、升阳药,归经用药,颇具特色。该文对其治法及方药特点进行了总结。Yuanji Qiwei was written by NI Weide,a doctor at the end of the Yuan Dynasty.The book is divided into two volumes.The upper volume is divided into 18 categories according to the cause and pathogenesis and the lower volume is attached to the prescriptions,compositions,indications and solutions in detail.There are 15 kinds of treatment methods,such as clearing the liver and reducing fire,dispersing the wind and dissipating the heat,and promoting the blood and nourishing.The monarch,minister,assistant and guide drugs of these prescriptions are clear,paying attention to protecting spleen and stomach.These prescriptions use drug pairs according to the nature of the drugs.There are usually drugs for ascending Yang and pungent drugs for dispersing.And the prescriptions also pay attention to channel tropism theory.This paper summarized the treatment and characteristics of prescriptions.
