复荣通脉胶囊对糖尿病下肢血管病变患者下肢血流动力学及血小板参数的影响

摘　　要：目的探究复荣通脉胶囊对糖尿病下肢血管病变患者下肢血流动力学及血小板参数的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2018年1月医院就诊的糖尿病下肢血管病变患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各60例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加服复荣通脉胶囊治疗,治疗20周后评价两组疗效,并比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状改善情况、下肢血流动力学指标、血小板参数变化情况。结果试验组总有效率(91.67%)显著大于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组症状评分低于对照组,步行受损问卷(WIQ)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组下肢血流动力学指标和血小板参数均无差异(P>0.05),治疗后,试验组血管内径和血流量大于对照组、血小板数量(PLT)大于对照组、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血流峰值和血小板容积(PCT)无显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论复荣通脉胶囊对糖尿病下肢血管病变患者疗效显著,可显著改善患者临床症状,改善机体血流动力及血小板参数,具有推荐应用价值。Objective To investigate the effects of Furong Tongmai Capsule on lower extremity hemodynamics and platelet parameters in patients with diabetic lower extremity arterial disease.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetic lower extremity arterial disease who were admitted to the hospital between January 2015 and January 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group by the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while the experimental group were additionally treated with Furong Tongmai Capsule based on the treatment for control group.The curative effect in the two groups was evaluated after 20 weeks of treatment.The improvement of clinical symptoms,changes of lower extremity hemodynamic indexes and platelet parameters before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate of the experimental group(91.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,symptom scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,but the score of the walking impairment questionnaire(WIQ)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in hemodynamics or platelet parameters between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood vessel diameter,blood flow and platelet count(PLT)in the experimental group were larger than those in the control group,while the mean platelet volume(MPV)and platelet distribution width(PDW)were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant change in blood flow peak or platelet volume(PCT)(P>0.05).Conclusion Furong Tongmai Capsule is effective in the treatment of diabeticlower extremity arterial disease.It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,blood flow and platelet parameters.
