摘　　要：目的观察刃针疗法结合Mulligan手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为两组。治疗组应用刃针疗法结合Mulligan手法,对照组采用刃针疗法结合中医推拿手法,两组均治疗1个疗程。分别在治疗前,1个疗程结束后采用JOA评分表和VAS目测类比评分法,及患侧下肢直推抬高试验的角度(SLR)对患者病情进行评定。结果治疗前两组VAS评分、JOA评分和SLR角度差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组VAS评分差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),JOA评分和SLR角度治疗组均高于对照组(P<0.01)。两组VAS评分、JOA评分和SLR角度治疗后均优于治疗前(P<0.01)。结论刃针疗法结合Mulligan手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,可以提高临床疗效,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with blade needle therapy combined with Mulligan manipulation.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with blade needle therapy combined with Mulligan manipulation,while the control group was treated with blade needle therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage.JOA score,VAS visual analogy score and the angle of the affected lower extremity push-up test(SLR)were used to assess the patients'condition before and after one course of treatment.Results There was no significant difference in VAS score,JOA score or SLR angle between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).JOA score and SLR angle in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.01).The VAS scores,JOA scores and SLR angles of the two groups were all better than those before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Blade needle therapy combined with Mulligan manipulation on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has a significant effect,and can improving the clinical efficacy,being worthy of popularizing.
