摘　　要：哮病是呼吸科的多发病、常见病,发作期多见于冬春秋季节,夏日少见,主要表现为发作时喉中哮鸣有声,呼吸气促,甚则喘息不能平卧,病位在肺,与脾肾相关,病因为宿痰内伏,诱因触发而作,临床春秋冬多发,然跟师期间门诊所得暑日发作哮病验案一则,通过对该病案的辨证、治法、方剂、药物等相关简略分析,以期对治疗此病有所贡献。Asthma is the common and frequently-occurring respiratory disease,usually attacking in the spring,autumn and winter,rarely in summer.The main clinical symptoms include wheezing sound in throat,shortness of breath,and even failing to lay down.The disease location is lung,related to spleen and kidney.Due to the latent phlegm in lung,the disease could be triggered by a variety of factors and usually occur during the spring,autumn and winter.However,the author has got one case of asthma attacked during summer following the tutor in the clinic.Through the analysis about the treatment based on syndrome differentiation,prescriptions and drugs,it hopes to make contribution to the treatment of the disease.
