中医药治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床研究进展

摘　　要：脑卒中后抑郁(post-stroke depression,PSD)为现今脑血管疾病恢复期或后遗症期阶段防治的热点和难点,对患者的肢体功能和言语功能的康复均有一定的影响,并对患者自身和家庭均造成严重的精神困扰和经济压力。现代医学和祖国传统医学对PSD的研究探索均呈现了不同阶段的研究成果,但仍未取得重大突破。然西医治疗卒中后抑郁疗效不稳定、药物不良反应大,中医治疗PSD疗效确切,不良反应少,但方法多样,不利于治疗的规范化,现将近5年中医药治疗PSD的临床研究做整理总结。Post-stroke depression is a hot and difficult point in the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular disease in convalescent or sequelae stage.It has a certain impact on the rehabilitation of limb and speech functions of patients,and causes serious mental distress and economic pressure to patients themselves and their families.The research and exploration of PSD in modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine have presented results at different stages,but no significant breakthroughs have been made.However,the efficacy of Western medicine in the treatment of post-stroke depression is unstable and drug side effects are serious.The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PSD is definite,and adverse reactions are few.But the methods are diverse,which is not conducive to the standardization of treatment.Now nearly five years'clinical researches of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PSD were summarized.
