摘　　要：黄芩为我国中医临床常用中药。现代药理及化学成分研究表明黄芩具有抗炎、抗肿瘤等多种药理活性,主要含有黄酮类、木脂素和挥发油等多种成分。通过查阅、收集、整理文献,对国内外近年来黄芩的化学成分及药理作用研究情况进行了综述,可为黄芩资源的合理利用以及临床药物的开发提供依据。Huangqin(Scutellaria baicalensis)is commonlyused in traditional Chinese medicine.Modern pharmacology and chemical composition studies have shown that Huangqin(Scutellaria baicalensis)has various pharmacological activities such as anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor,and contains chemical compositions like flavonoids,ligninand volatile oil,etc.Through reviewing,collecting and collating the literature,the research on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Scutellaria baicalensis in recent years was reviewed,which could provide a basis for the rational utilization of Huangqin(Scutellaria baicalensis)resources and the development of clinical drugs.
