成都医学城产业功能区“链式模型”规划方法探索

摘　　要：建设产业功能区是推动经济高质量发展和创造高品质生活的重要路径,可以破解传统产业园区同质竞争、产城分离、公共服务配套与产业人群需求不匹配等现实问题。文章结合成都医学城产业功能区规划案例,归纳总结出产业功能区的“链式模型”规划方法,阐释了“链式模型”中产业选择、空间布局和功能配套的内涵及联系,并详细介绍了“链式模型”规划方法在规划实践中的运用,以期为同类规划工作提供参考。Construction of industrial functional area is important in promoting high quality economic development and creating high quality life.It may solve problems of traditional industrial parks such as homogeneous competition,industry-city separation,mismatch between public service and people’s needs.With industrial functional area of Chengdu medical city as an example,the paper proposes“chain model”planning method,introduces connotation and correlation of industrial choice,spatial layout,and functional configuration in the“chain model”,and its application planning practice.
