摘  要:固封极柱的固封式结构,导致导电体长期通电产生的热量无法散出,温升高引起绝缘失效成为固封极柱绝缘失效的主要原因。本文对影响温升的主要因素进行分析,提出减小主回路电阻、采用导电性好的材料、增加散热面积等温升解决方案。通过固封极柱温升试验及方案优化,验证了解决方案的可行性,并得出软连接方案在解决大电流固封极柱温升方面更具有优势。The solid-sealed structure of the solid-sealed pole prevents the heat generated by the conductor from being energized for a long time.The insulation failure caused by the temperature rise becomes the main reason for the insulation failure of the solid-sealed pole.From the analysis of the main factors affecting the temperature rise,solutions for temperature rise such as reducing the resistance of the main loop,using materials with good conductivity,and increasing the heat dissipation area are proposed.The feasibility of the solution is verified through the temperature rise test of the solid-sealed pole and the optimization of the scheme,and it is concluded that the soft connection scheme has more advantages in solving the temperature rise of the large-current solid-sealed pole.
