摘 要:现代化工业发展快速,科技的进步使得工业生产中各种自动化设备越来越多。以发电厂为例,发电厂各种设备多且规模较大,每个生产环节相互之间紧密联系在一起形成了一个整体关联的生产链。企业设备功能逐渐增多,性能指标也越来越严,这些特点的存在极大地提高了企业生产的效率,但是与之相对而来的是设备故障率提高,设备发生损坏将会直接影响到企业正常生产,不利于企业正常运转。因此,为了有效改善设备故障导致的企业生产受到影响,就需要借助状态监测与故障分析诊断技术保证可以快速发现问题解决问题。本文就基于大数据的发电厂设备智能无线点巡检管理系统展开论述。The rapid development of modern industry and the rapid advancement of science and technology have resulted in more and more automated equipment in industrial production.Take a power plant as an example.The power plant has many equipment and large scale,and each production link is closely linked to each other to form a whole related production chain.The functions of enterprise equipment are gradually increasing,and the performance indicators are also increasing.The existence of these characteristics has greatly improved the work efficiency of enterprise production,but in contrast to the gradual increase in equipment failure rate,equipment damage will directly affect The normal operation of the enterprise is not conducive to the normal operation of the enterprise.Therefore,in order to effectively improve the production of enterprises caused by equipment failures,it is necessary to use condition monitoring and fault analysis and diagnosis technology to ensure that equipment can quickly find and solve problems.Based on this,the article discusses the intelligent wireless point inspection management system for power plant equipment based on big data.
