摘  要:采用ANSYS有限元仿真技术,对荒沟抽水蓄能电站保压式蜗壳结构进行静力计算,研究蜗壳外包混凝土的应力分布特点,确定外包混凝土的配筋方案,进而了解钢筋应力随外荷载的非线性变化以及混凝土裂缝的开展情况,为设计提供参考依据。计算结果表明:①钢衬外包混凝土的环向拉应力较大,拉应力随管径的减小而减小;②蜗壳环向钢筋是主要的受力筋,飞逸工况为环向配筋的控制工况;③结构安全评价应结合结构的裂缝分布情况进行综合分析。In this paper,ANSYS finite element simulation technology is used to calculate the static pressure of the pressure-preserving volute structure for the Huang Gou pumped storage power station,studying the stress distribution characteristics of the volute outsourced concrete,determining reinforcement scheme of outsourced concrete,and then the non-linear variation of reinforcement stress with external load and the development of concrete cracks are understood,providing references for structural design.The results show:the hoop tensile stress of outsourced concrete with steel lining is larger,the tensile stress decreases with the decrease of the pipe diameter;the hoop rib is the main force rib,the runaway condition is the hoop reinforcement control condition;structural safety evaluation should be comprehensively analyzed in conjunction with the crack distribution of the structure.
