摘  要:水泵机组事故断电时,包括机组、管道在内的整个泵站系统将发生水力过渡过程,严重的可能引发水锤。水锤事故造成的危害不可估量,因此,为了确保工程安全可靠,研究水泵事故断电过渡过程中机组、管道的流量、压力、转速等瞬变十分必要。基于特征线法,依托HAMMER软件,以榆林某泵站为例,研究长距离引水管路供水系统事故断电水力过渡过程,研究工况包括不采取任何防护措施和采取不同防护措施,重点对比泵站前设置调压塔与否的水力过渡过程,研究设置调压塔的必要性。结果表明,只要合理关闭泵后缓闭阀,不一定要在站前设置调压设施。When the pump unit is powered off accidentally,the entire pumping station system including the unit and pipeline will undergo a hydraulic transition process.It may cause serious water hammer,and the damage caused by the water hammer accident is immeasurable.Therefore,in order to ensure the safety and reliability of the project,it is necessary to study the transients of the flow rate,pressure,and speed of the unit and pipeline during the power failure transition process of the pump.This paper will take a pump station in Yulin as an example,and study the accidental power failure hydraulic transition process of the long-distance diversion pipeline water supply system.It is Based on the characteristic line method,and use the HAMMER software.The research conditions include not taking any protective measures and taking different protective measures.It focuses on comparing pumps the hydraulic transition process of setting up a surge tower in front of the station or not.And it studies the necessity of setting up a surge tower.The results show that as long as the pump is properly closed and the valve is slowly closed,it is not necessary to install a pressure regulating facility in front of the station.
