摘  要:以前期筛选的耐涝能力不同的3个芍药(Paeonia lactiflora)品种(耐涝能力强的‘丽红’、中等的‘大富贵’和较弱的‘奇花露霜’)为供试材料,测定水涝胁迫下其内源多胺、营养物质含量及抗氧化酶活性的变化,并采用石蜡切片法对根部显微结构变化进行观察。结果表明:耐涝能力强的品种‘丽红’能够通过在胁迫期间积累更多的营养物质、根部产生更多的通气组织,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性,增加可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、腐胺(Put)、精胺(Spm)的积累和利用来适应水涝胁迫;耐涝能力弱的品种‘奇花露霜’在胁迫期间积累的营养物质较少,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性升高的同时SOD和POD活性略升高后显著下降,体内积累了较多的丙二醛(MDA), Put和Spm含量降低,根部形成的通气组织较少,对水涝胁迫的适应能力较弱。本文旨在探析水涝胁迫下不同抗性芍药品种根系形态及内源多胺等生理指标的响应,以期为芍药耐涝新品种的选育和生产中抗涝的综合调控提供新思路及参考依据。Three herbaceous peony(Paeonia lactiflora) varieties with different waterlogging tolerances screened in the previous period(‘Lihong’ with strong waterlogging resistance, ‘Dafugui’ with medium waterlogging resistance, and ‘Qihualushuang’ with weak waterlogging resistance) were tested materials to determine the changes in the contents of endogenous polyamines, nutrients and antioxidant enzyme activities under waterlogging stress, and observe the changes in root microstructure using paraffin sectioning. The results show that the variety of ‘Lihong’ with strong waterlogging tolerance could accumulate more nutrients, produce more aerenchyma in roots, improve the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD), increase the accumulation and utilization of soluble protein and soluble sugar, and increase the accumulation of putrescine(Put) and spermine(Spm) to adapt to waterlogging stress. The weak waterlogging tolerance variety ‘Qihualushuang’ accumulated less nutrients during the stress period, the activity of catalase(CAT) increased while the activities of SOD and POD increased slightly and then decreased significantly, the body accumulated more malondialdehyde(MDA), the content of Put and Spm decreased, the aeration tissue formed in the roots was less, and the adaptability to waterlogging stress was weak. The purpose of this article is to analyze the responses of different resistant herbaceous peony varieties to root morphology, endogenous polyamines and other physiological indicators under waterlogging stress, in order to provide new ideas and reference for the cultivation of new varieties of waterlogging resistance of herbaceous peony and the regulation of waterlogging resistance in production, and then formulate a comprehensive regulation scheme to improve waterlogging resistance of herbaceous peony according to production demand.
