摘  要:基础医学教育阶段,非医学专业背景的教师占比持续增高是各大高校的普遍现象,结合结果导向教育模式,构建系统的医学院校非医学背景教师培养体系,完善非医学背景教师的医学知识体系,改善基础教育与临床联系脱节的现象,强化非医学背景教师的教学能力,提升本科教学质量,是关系到国家医学专业人才培养质量的重要因素。根据充分调研和医学教育实践经验,就相关问题进行了研究和探讨。In basic medical education stage,the rising percentage of non-medical education background teachers is a universal phenomenon in colleges and universities.Combined with Outcomes-Based Education(OBE),constructing a systematic teacher training system for non-medical education background teachers in medical colleges is very necessary.This system will improve teachers'medical knowledge system,make basic education and clinic closely linked and strengthen teachers'teaching ability.Finally,these measures can improve the quality of undergraduate teaching.This is an important work related to the quality of national medical professional training.This article has carried on the research and discussion of the related questions based on the full research and medical education practice.
