摘  要:多层同步传动钢带具有不打滑、传动比恒定、润滑要求不高及磨损后不伸长等优点,特别适合于农业机械某些环境差的工作场合。为此,根据小型收割机中拨禾轮和滚筒之间的受力和功率范围,设计了一种多层同步钢带的疲劳装置,阐述了该装置的基本工作原理、总体结构组成及关键部件设计,并采用有限元分析软件对机架和高速轴进行静力学分析和模态分析。分析结果表明:高速轴在最大扭矩作用下轴端挠度为0.046 26mm,轴所产生的最大应力在轴键部位,其值为98.1MPa,小于轴材料疲劳极限218MPa。通过模态分析,得到机架和高速轴的前6阶模态的频率和振型,机架的一阶固有频率为106.93Hz,远小于高速轴的1阶固有频率4501.70Hz,验证了装置的合理性。同时,进行了疲劳试验,通过观察装置运行和钢带啮合孔处的状态进而验证了装置的可靠性。The multi-layer synchronous transmission steel belt has the advantages of constant non-slip transmission ratio,low lubrication requirement,and no elongation after wear,and is particularly suitable for work environments with poor environmental conditions in agricultural machinery.According to the force and power range between the reel and the drum in the small harvester,a fatigue device for multi-layer synchronous steel belt is designed.The basic working principle,overall structural composition and key component design of the device are described.Static analysis and modal analysis of the frame and high speed shaft were performed using finite element analysis software.The analysis results show that the shaft end deflection of the high speed shaft is 0.04626 mm under the maximum torque,and the maximum stress generated by the shaft is at the shaft key position,which is 98.1 MPa,which is less than the shaft material fatigue limit of 218 MPa.Through the modal analysis,the frame and the frame are obtained.The frequency and mode shape of the first 6 modes of the high-speed axis,the first-order natural frequency of the frame is 106.93 Hz,which is much smaller than the first-order natural frequency of the high-speed axis of 4501.70 Hz,which verifies the rationality of the device.A fatigue test was designed to verify the reliability of the device by observing the state of the device operation and the mesh hole.
