摘 要:城市化进程的不断推进造成城市生活废弃物日益增多,在原有的城市生活废弃物减量化逆向回收过程中,回收成本过高、回收过程所用时间较长,使城市生活废弃物减量化发展受到了限制,因而设计新型的城市生活废弃物减量化逆向回收过程:建立城市生活废弃物分类体系,并结合减量化回收结构,作为逆向回收设计的基础。选定生活废弃物回收物流方式,计算物流成本,结合上述生活废弃物分类体系,应用MILP模型构建废弃物逆向回收模型。采用实例分析的形式,获取上述设计结果的使用效果,通过与原有回收过程展开对比。研究结果表明,该方法的回收成本较低、回收过程所用时间较短。With the development of urbanization,there are more and more urban domestic waste.In the original process of urban domestic waste reduction reverse recovery,the recovery cost is too high and the recovery process takes a long time,which limits the development of urban domestic waste reduction.Therefore,a new type of urban domestic waste reduction reverse recovery process is designed.Firstly,the classification system of urban domestic waste is established,and combined with the structure of reduction recycling,what is the basis of reverse recycling design.Then,the recycling logistics mode of domestic waste is select,the logistics cost is calculated.Combined with the above classification system of domestic waste,MILP model is used to build the reverse recycling model of waste.Finally,an example analysis is used to obtain the effect of the above design results,and the comparison with the original recycling process is carried out.The comparison results show that the method has lower recovery cost and shorter recovery time.
