乳晕上切口隆胸手术与常规环状手术治疗乳房下垂患者的对比研究

摘　　要：目的对比研究乳晕上切口隆胸手术与常规环状手术治疗乳房下垂的效果。方法选取2016年3月~2018年10月我院收治的66例乳房下垂患者,根据手术方法不同分组,各33例。对照组予以常规环状手术,观察组予以乳晕上切口隆胸手术,比较两组术后3个月优良率、患侧乳房下皱襞中点至乳头距离、两乳头距离、胸骨上凹至乳头表面距离、乳晕直径、满意度评分。结果观察组术后3个月优良率(96.97%)较对照组(75.76%)高(P<0.05);观察组术后3个月患侧乳房下皱襞中点至乳头距离、胸骨上凹至乳头表面距离低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后3个月满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与常规环状手术相比,乳晕上切口隆胸手术治疗乳房下垂,可有效改善乳房下垂症状,保持乳房外形,提高患者满意度。Objective To compare the effects of breast augmentation with upper areola incision breast augmentation surgery and conventional ring surgery for the treatment of breast sagging.Methods A total of 66 patients with breast prolapse who were admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to October 2018 were selected and grouped according to different surgical methods,33 in each group.The control group underwent conventional ring surgery,and the observation group underwent breast augmentation with an areola incision.The three-month postoperative excellent rate,the distance from the midpoint of the inferior breast fold to the nipple,the distance between the two nipples,the distance from the sternum to the surface of the nipple,the diameter of the areola,and the satisfaction score were compared of the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate(96.97%)at 3 months after operation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(75.76%)(P<0.05).The distance from the midpoint of the inferior breast fold to the nipple and the distance from the sternum to the surface of the nipple in the observation group was lower than that in the control group 3 months after operation(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group after 3 months was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional ring surgery,the superior areola incision breast augmentation for the treatment of breast ptosis can effectively improve the symptoms of breast ptosis,maintain the appearance of the breast,and improve the patient satisfaction.
