Meek植皮与邮票皮植皮对大面积烧伤患者创面修复效果比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较Meek植皮与邮票皮植皮对大面积烧伤患者创面修复效果。方法选择2017年3月至2019年6月在我院接受治疗的大面积烧伤患者76例进行回顾性分析。根据患者接受治疗方式的不同将其分为2组,各38例。对照组行常规邮票植皮,观察组则给予Meek植皮。比较2组患者临床疗效、瘢痕形成情况、创面愈合时间。结果观察组总有效率为94.74%与对照组的89.48%差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者瘢痕柔软度、血管状况、色素及高度得分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组创面愈合时间较对照组更短(P<0.05)。结论Meek植皮与邮票皮植皮对于大面积烧伤患者疗效相当,但Meek植皮在降低瘢痕形成风险,缓解炎症反应降低血管紧张素Ⅱ水平方面优势明显。Objective To compare the effects of Meek skin grafting and stamp skin grafting on the wound healing of large area burn patients,and to analyze the effects of the two groups on the levels of angiotension Ⅱ and inflammatory factors.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 76 patients with extensive burns who received treatment in our hospital from March 2017 to June 2019 was selected.The patients were divided into 2 groups according to different treatment methods,each with 38 cases.The control group received regular stamp skin grafting,while the observation group received Meek skin grafting.The clinical effect,scar formation and wound healing time were compared between the two groups.Results:the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.74%and that of the control group was 89.48%(P>0.05).The scores of scar softness,vascular status,pigment and height in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meek skin grafting and stamp skin grafting have the same effect on large area burn patients,but Meek skin grafting has obvious advantages in reducing the risk of scar formation,alleviating inflammation and reducing the level of angiotension Ⅱ.
