摘　　要：目的探讨三黄凝胶联合红蓝光照射及异维A酸对寻常痤疮患者皮损评分的影响。方法回顾性分析我院2018年1月-10月期间接收的寻常痤疮患者80例临床资料完整,两组均行常规治疗,将采用异维A酸治疗的39例患者纳入对照组,将采用异维A酸、三黄凝胶联合红蓝光照射治疗的41例患者纳入观察组。比较分析两组临床疗效及治疗前、治疗2周、4周后的皮损评分,并统计不良反应发生率、复发率。结果治疗4周后,观察组的治疗总有效率(97.56%)相比对照组(79.49%)高,复发率与对照组相比较低(P<0.05);两组治疗后GAGS评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组评分较对照组低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论寻常痤疮采用三黄凝胶联合红蓝光照射较异维A酸的治疗效果更显著,有助于促进皮损消退,减少复发,且未增加不良反应,值得借鉴。Objective To investigate the effect of Sanhuang Gel combined with red and blue light irradiation and isotretinoin on the skin lesion score of patients with acne vulgaris.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with acne vulgaris who were received by our hospital from January to October 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Both groups were treated with conventional treatment.39 patients treated with isotretinoin were included in the control group,and 41 patients treated with isotretinoin,Sanhuang gel combined with red and blue radiation were included in the observation group.The clinical efficacy and skin lesion scores before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were counted.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(97.56%)was higher than that in the control group(79.49%),and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the GAGS score of both groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group score was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of acne vulgaris with Sanhuang gel combined with red and blue light irradiation and isotretinoin has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the patient’s condition,promote the regression of skin lesions,reduce the recurrence rate,and increase the adverse reactions.
