重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合他克莫司软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合他克莫司软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎临床疗效。方法选取2017年9月至2019年12月联合菏泽学院门诊部皮肤科收治的面部激素依赖性皮炎患者110例,随机分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组使用0.1%他克莫司软膏,观察组基础上联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶,比较两组疗效、复发率、不良反应,治疗前后症状体征总积分变化、皮肤功能指标及皮肤病生活质量量表(DLQI)评分。结果观察组总有效率为81.8%,对照组总有效率为61.8%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,观察组复发率为14.55%,对照组复发率为40.00%,治疗后,观察组的症状体征总积分明显低于对照组,表皮油脂含量、表皮含水量均明显高于对照组,TEWL值明显低于对照组,DLQI总评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义。结论重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合他克莫司软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效显著,可明显改善皮肤功能,减少复发,提高患者生活质量,且不良反应少。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of hormone-dependent facial dermatitis.Methods 110 patients with facial hormone dependent dermatitis admitted to the department of dermatology of the outpatient department of United Heze University from September 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 55 patients in each group.The control group was treated with 0.1%tachomus ointment and the observation group was combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel to compare the efficacy,recurrence rate,adverse reactions,changes in the total score of symptoms and signs,skin function indicators and skin quality of Life Scale(DLQI)scores of the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 81.8%,observing group,control group total effective rate was 61.8%,the observation group total effective rate was higher than the control group and observation group recurrence rate was 14.55%,control group recurrence rate was 40.00%,after treatment,the symptoms and signs of total integral observation group was obviously lower than the control group,skin oil content,moisture content were significantly higher than that of control group,TEWL value lower than the control group obviously,DLQI score significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel combined with tacrolimus ointment has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of hormone-dependent facial dermatitis,which can significantly improve skin function,reduce recurrence,improve patients'quality of life,and have fewer adverse reactions.
