舒适化疼痛管理联合心理护理在注射美容中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适化疼痛管理联合心理护理在注射美容中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月-2019年6月在我科行注射的76例美容患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=38)和对照组(n=38),给予对照组常规护理,给予观察组舒适化疼痛管理联合心理护理,比较两组术中疼痛评分及心理状态评分、满意度、并发症发生情况。结果观察组术中疼痛VAS评分、SAS、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);结论舒适化疼痛管理联合心理护理可切实减轻注射美容患者术中疼痛感,缓解患者紧张心理,降低术后并发症发生,促进患者尽快恢复,可提高患者满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effects of comfortable pain management combined with psychological nursing in injection cosmetology.Methods:From March 2019 to June 2019,76 patients who had injection cosmetology were selected as the research objects.And they were randomly divided into experimental group(n=38)and control group(n=38).The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given comfortable pain management combined with psychological nursing.The intraoperative pain score,psychological state score,satisfaction and occurrence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The intraoperative painVAS score,SAS scores,SDS scores and occurrence of complications of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Comfortable pain management combined with psychological nursing can effectively reduce the pain of patients in injection cosmetic surgery,relieve patients’nervousness,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and promote the recovery of patients.It is worth promoting applications.
