摘 要:皮肤光老化是由环境因素尤其是紫外线辐射所致的慢性炎症性皮肤病,为皮肤衰老的主要部分,不仅有损人类外观同时与光相关皮肤病甚至皮肤癌等疾病的密切相关,严重损害人类的身心健康。因此,探寻光老化的机制和防治光老化的方法成为国内外研究的热点。研究发现光老化与氧化应激、DNA损伤、炎症反应等有关,近年来越来越多的学者把视线聚焦于氧化应激在光老化的发生发展以及治疗上。因此,本文拟综述氧化应激在皮肤光老化发生中的作用,总结抗氧化剂防治皮肤光老化的相关研究。Skin photoaging is a chronic inflammation skin disease caused by environmental factors,especially ultraviolet radiation.It is the main part of skin aging.It not only damages the appearance of humans but is also closely related to diseases such as light-related skin diseases and even skin cancers,which seriously damages physical and mental health of human.Therefore,exploring mechanisms of photoaging and methods for delaying photoaging have become a hotspot of research at home and abroad.Studies have found that photoaging is related to oxidative stress,DNA damage,and inflammation.In recent years,more and more scholars have focused their attention on the development and treatment of oxidative stress in photoaging.Therefore,this article intends to review the role of oxidative stress in the development of skin photoaging,and summarize the researches related to the prevention and treatment of with antioxidants.
