摘 要:通过收集夏热冬冷地区某高校宿舍区480个房间1年的日用电量,分析宿舍用电量的特征及主要影响因素,提出电费计价原则。房间日用电量影响因素选取室外温度、用户性别、朝向、楼层。由于该校对空调开启时间没有严格规定,选取2019年6月3日—7月2日作为供冷期代表月(以下简称供冷月),选取剔除寒假的2018年12月31日—2019年1月17日、2019年2月18日—3月1日作为供暖期代表月(以下简称供暖月)。全年(含开学期间、寒暑假)用电量特征:房间日均用电量有着明显的季节性差异,供冷月、供暖月房间日均用电量比较高,供冷月高于供暖月。在寒暑假期间,多数房间无人或人数较少,不仅数据量少,而且分布散乱。开学期间,男生宿舍房间日均用电量比女生宿舍高。供冷月男生宿舍房间日均用电量比女生宿舍高,供暖月男生宿舍比女生宿舍低。开学期间,南向房间、北向房间的日均用电量差别不大,供冷月、供暖月的房间日均用电量也分别接近。供冷月、供暖月边角房间(除北向中间房间、南向中间房间外的房间)的日均用电量比中间房间(北向中间房间、南向中间房间)高。开学期间1层、4层、6层房间的日均用电量随楼层升高而增大。供冷月底层房间的日均用电量最低,顶层房间最高,中间层房间居中。供暖月中间层的日均用电量最低,顶层房间最高,底层房间居中。供冷月、供暖月楼层对房间日用电量的影响最为显著。为保证公平性,电费计价原则可执行:在保证宿舍楼总电费不变的前提下,不同楼层实施区别电价。By collecting the daily electricity consumption of 480 rooms in a college dormitory area in the hot summer and cold winter area for one year,the characteristics of the dormitory electricity consumption and the main influencing factors are analyzed,and the principle of electricity pricing is proposed.The factors affecting the daily electricity consumption of rooms are outdoor temperature,user gender,orientation and floor.Since the college has no strict regulations on the opening time of air conditioners,June 3 to July 2,2019 is selected as the representative months of the cooling period(hereinafter referred to as the cooling months),December 31,2018 to January 17,2019 and February 18 to March 1,2019 excluding the winter vacation are selected as the representative months of the heating period(hereinafter referred to as the heating months).The characteristics of annual electricity consumption(including the school term,winter and summer vacations):the daily average electricity consumption of rooms has obvious seasonal difference,the daily average electricity consumption of rooms in the cooling months and the heating months is relatively high,and that in the cooling months is higher than that in the heating months.During the winter and summer vacations,most rooms are empty or have fewer people,not only the amount of data is small,but also scattered.During the school term,the average daily electricity consumption of male dormitory rooms is higher than that of female dormitory.The average daily electricity consumption of male dormitory rooms is higher than that of female dormitory rooms in the cooling months,and the average daily electricity consumption of male dormitory rooms is lower than that of female dormitory rooms in the heating months.During the school term,the average daily electricity consumption of south-facing rooms and north-facing rooms is not much different.The average daily electricity consumption of rooms in the cooling months and the heating months is also close.The average daily electricity consumptio
