摘 要:管碟法是目前国内外常用的抗生素微生物检定法,方法经典成熟,灵敏度高,能直观地反映抗生素药品的抗菌活性。本文通过查阅资料及实际操作经验总结,对管碟法测定抗生素效价的影响因素进行分析、归纳,并提出合理有效的解决方案,旨在减少外界与人为因素引起的误差,使测定结果与真实值更为接近,使试验的准确性得到有效提高。The cylinder-plate method is a commonly used method for microbiological assay of antibiotics at home and abroad.The method is classical and mature,with high sensitivity,and can directly reflect the antibacterial activity of antibiotics.This paper analyzes and summarizes the factors influencing on the assay of antibiotic microbiological by cylinder-plate method through data review and practical experience summary,and puts forward reasonable and effective solutions to reduce the errors caused by external and human factors,so that the measurement results are closer to the real value and the accuracy of the test is effectively improved.
