摘　　要：旧工业建筑作为建筑的一种类型,承载着一个城市和产业的历史。工业设计产业园作为我国旧工业建筑改造的一种主要转型形式,在转型过程中存在着盲目模仿和缺乏独特性等问题。文章通过衢州慧谷工业设计产业园的设计实践,对建筑外部空间形态改造与视觉传达设计相互融合的工业设计产业园区改造提升进行了分析探讨,以期在建筑再生的理念下为其他工业设计产业园的建设起到借鉴意义。As a type of architecture,old industrial buildings bear the history of a city and industrial.Industrial design park,as the main form of transformation in the transformation of old industrial buildings in our country,has problems such as blindly imitating and the lack of uniqueness during the transformation process.Through the design practice of Huigu industrial design park in Quzhou,the paper analyzes and discusses of the industrial design park renovation and upgrading in the background of transformation with external space form of building and visual communication design,in order to draw lessons for the construction of other industrial design park based on the concept of building renewal.
