儿童环境行为心理学对儿童医院就诊空间设计的影响

摘　　要：目前,我国儿童医院都是以综合医院设计方法进行设计,注重医疗流程,从成人角度出发,很少考虑儿童心理活动特点,从而导致忽视儿童的心理需求,缺少人性化设计。我国目前还没有出台儿童医院建设的相关标准,专业的儿童医院建筑还很缺乏,多以妇幼科室形式依附于大型综合医院中,不能突出儿童特殊的就医条件对儿童医院使用空间的需求。而在国外,针对儿童的医疗科室早已经被广泛重视,具有高效性、针对性、专业性的儿童医院已经普及。文章针对儿童医院就诊空间进行分析,探索优化方法。At present,China's children's hospitals are designed with the design method of general hospitals,focusing on the medical process.From the perspective of adults,they seldom consider the characteristics of children's psychological activities.Therefore,the psychological needs of children are ignored and the humanized design is lacking.The reason is that there is no construction standard for children's Hospital in China,so the professional children's hospital building is still very lacking in China,which mostly depends on the large-scale general hospital in the form of maternal and child department,and cannot highlight the special medical conditions for children's needs for the use of space in children's hospital.In foreign countries,the medical departments for children have been widely valued,and children's hospitals with high efficiency,pertinence and professionalism have been popularized.This paper analyzes the treatment space of children's hospital and explores the optimization method.
