摘  要:特色小镇是新型城镇化背景下城镇发展模式的新探索,是产业功能、社区功能和文化功能融为一体的空间发展新载体。如何传承当地小镇的地域性文化,使其在现代建设和继承传统之间找到一个平衡点,是当前我国特色小镇建设亟须解决的核心问题之一。文章以云栖小镇为例,在解读传统文化内涵的基础上,分析了当地小镇的建设环境和在规划改造过程中可能面对的问题,提出传统文化与产业链接的功能策略;文化与布局共生的空间策略;通过规划的保护、控制、修复和建设,从小镇发展定位、整体设计和专项设计这三个方面逐层推进设计,以达到人居环境的发展与提升,为进入新时代我国特色小镇建设的发展实践提供有益借鉴。Characteristic town is a new exploration of urban development mode under the background of new urbanization,and a new carrier of spatial development integrating industrial function,community function and cultural function.How to inherit the regional culture of local towns and find a balance between modern construction and traditional inheritance is one of the core problems that need to be solved in the construction of characteristic town in China.Taking Yunqi town as an example,based on the interpretation of the connotation of traditional culture,this paper analyzes the construction environment of the local town and the problems that may be faced in the process of planning and transformation,and puts forward the functional strategy of traditional culture and industrial link;the spatial strategy of symbiosis of culture and layout;through the protection,control,repair and construction of planning,from the development orientation,overall design and special design of the town in order to achieve the development and promotion of human settlements environment,it is necessary to promote the design layer by layer in these three aspects,so as to provide useful reference for the construction and development of characteristic town in China in the new era.
