高寒区燕麦I-D品系种子生产性能及品质评价

摘  要:在青藏高原高寒区民和县、湟中县和海北州西海镇3个试验点,对选育的I-D品系及其母本青海444、父本青海甜燕麦和对照品种青引1号进行种子生产性能及品质评价,为该品种的进一步推广应用提供理论依据。结果表明,4个燕麦品种适宜在海拔2600m以下的湟中县和民和县进行种子生产,海拔3200m的地区种子不能成熟。I-D品系燕麦的种子生产性能显著优于父本青海甜燕麦,在湟中县和民和县种子产量分别达到3997.6kg/hm^2和2587.7kg/hm^2,较父本青海甜燕麦分别增产7.89%和11.07%,低于母本青海444,但是茎粗、小穗数、单序籽粒数、单序籽粒重和千粒重等性状优于母本青海444。4个燕麦品种种子粗蛋白、粗脂肪和淀粉含量均为民和试点高于湟中试点,β-葡聚糖、油酸和亚油酸含量为湟中试点高于民和试点。I-D品系在湟中和民和试点种子的粗蛋白、淀粉、β-葡聚糖、油酸和亚油酸含量分别为11.58%和12.94%、62.84%和57.32%、2.76%和2.89%、292.9mg/g和297.1mg/g、355.1mg/g和308.3mg/g,品质居于亲本之间。To evaluate the productivity and quality of I-D strain of oats for further extension and application,we cultivated the I-D strain material and its parents(♀A.sativa cv.Qinghai 444,♂A sativa L.cv.Qinghai)and the control of A.sativa L.cv.Qingyin No.1 in three different area including Minhe county,Huangzhong county and Xihai town in Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau.The results showed that four different varieties of oats were adapted to plant in Minhe county and Huangzhong county which are below 2600m at sea level,but couldn’t reach seed mature above 3200m in Xihai town.The seed yield of I-D strain were 3997.6 kg/hm^2 and 2587.7kg/hm^2 in Huangzhong county and Minhe county respectively,which were 7.89%and 11.07%higher than male parent of A sativa L.cv.Qinghai,but less compared to the female parent of A.sativa cv.Qinghai 444.From the aspects of stem diameter,the number of spikelet and single sequence grain,the mass of single sequence grain and thousand-grain were much better than the female parent of A.sativa cv.Qinghai 444.The content of crude protein,crude fat and starch in the seed were higher in Minhe county than in Huangzhong county.The content of beta glucan,oleinic acid and linoleic acid were higher in Huangzhong county than in Minhe county.The content of crude protein,starch,beta glucan,oleinic acid and linoleic acid of I-D strain in Huangzhong and in Minhe county were 11.58%and 12.94%,62.84%and 57.32%,2.76%and 2.89%,292.9mg/g and 297.1mg/g,355.1mg/g and 308.3 mg/g respectively.
