摘 要:为研究寒武纪馒头组的紫砂性能,进行了ICP-MS微量元素测定、X衍射全岩分析、X衍射黏土矿物分析和波长色散X荧光微量元素以及常量元素分析,并对烧制成的壶的铅镉溶出量进行了测定。测试结果表明,化学成分中SiO2、Al2O3和Fe2O3分别为55.26%、14.94%和11.68%;矿物成分中石英、斜长石、赤铁矿和黏土矿物分别为34%、14%、7.0%和45%,黏土矿物以伊/蒙间层矿物为主,占黏土矿物的85%,伊/蒙间层比为55;伊利石次之,占15%。对馒头组的泥料进行粉碎、过筛、陈腐、制坯,最终烧制成壶,烧出的壶具有油性光泽。采用原子吸收分光光度仪对壶的铅镉溶出量测定,铅镉溶出量均低于0.02mg/L,远低于《GB8058-2003》和《GB12651-2003》规定的罐类陶瓷制品0.5mg/L(铅)和0.25mg/L(镉)的允许极限值。原岩的化学成分和矿物组成、壶的制作和烧制成型以及铅镉溶出量的检测结果表明,馒头组泥页岩是一种优质紫砂矿料。In order to study the Red stoneware properties of the Cambrian Mantouzu area,ICP-MS trace element determination,X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD)for whole rocks and clay minerals,wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence analysis(XRF)for major and trace elements were carried out,and dissolved quantities of lead and cadmium from Red stoneware pots were determined.Results show that SiO2,Al2O3 and Fe2O3 were 55.26%,14.94%and 11.68%respectively in chemical composition;quartz,plagioclase,hematite and clay minerals were 34%,14%,7.0%and 45%respectively in mineral composition;clay minerals were mainly composed of illite(I)/smectite(S)interlayer mineral(I/S mineral)and illite,accounting for 85%,and 15%respectively,with a illite/smectite ratio of 55%in the I/S minerals.With the procedures of powdering,sieving,steeping,drying,beating of the purple mudstone of Mantouzu area,red stoneware pots were made,which display natural oily luster.The dissolved concentrations of lead and cadmium from pots were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.Results show that the dissolved concentrations of lead and cadmium is lower than 0.02mg/L,far lower than the allowable limit values of 0.5mg/L(lead)and 0.25mg/L(cadmium)of ceramic products specified in GB8058-2003 and GB12651-2003.The chemical and mineral compositions of the Mantouzu area,the practice of making Red stoneware teapots and the low lead and cadmium dissolved contents all show that the purple shale of the Mantouzu area is a high-quality purple clay mineral aggregate.
