以家庭为中心的护理理念在小儿肺炎护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨以家庭为中心的护理理念在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果。方法:将山西晋城无烟煤矿业集团有限责任公司总医院儿科2016年2月至2018年12月收治的40例小儿肺炎患儿随机分组,常规组对肺炎小儿进行日常基础护理,家庭中心护理组对肺炎小儿除了基础护理,开展以家庭为中心的护理工作。比较两组家长护理认可度;肺听诊啰音明显减少的时间以及遵医程度;护理前后肺部炎性反应指标、家长焦虑以及抑郁情绪;不良反应率。结果:家庭中心护理组家长护理认可度高于常规组,肺部炎性反应指标低于常规组,家长焦虑以及抑郁情绪优于常规组,肺听诊啰音明显减少的时间短于常规组,遵医程度高于常规组,不良反应率低于常规组,P<0.05。结论:对肺炎小儿除了基础护理,开展以家庭作为中心的护理工作的护理效率更高,患儿具有更好的遵医行为,且可加速病情的改善,提高家长对护理工作的满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of family centered nursing concept in the nursing of children with pneumonia.Methods:From February 2016 to December 2018,40 children with pneumonia in pediatrics department of Shanxi Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group Co.,Ltd.were randomly divided into two groups.The routine group was given routine basic nursing care for children with pneumonia,while the family central nursing group was responsible for family centered nursing work in addition to basic nursing care.Theparents’nursing recognition;lung auscultation rales significantly reduced time and compliance degree;pulmonary inflammatory response indicators,parents'anxiety and depression before and after nursing;adverse reaction ratesof the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing recognition of parents in the family center nursing group was higher than that in the conventional group,the pulmonary inflammatory reaction index was lower than that in the conventional group,the parents'anxiety and depression were better than those in the conventional group,the time of pulmonary auscultation rale was significantly shorter than that of the conventional group,the compliance degree was higher than that of the conventional group,and the adverse reaction rate was lower than that of the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion:In addition to the basic nursing care for children with pneumonia,the nursing efficiency of family centered nursing work is higher,the children have better compliance behavior,and can accelerate the improvement of the disease,and improve the satisfaction of parents to nursing work.
