血常规检测在诊断缺铁性贫血中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:血常规检测在诊断缺铁性贫血中的效果评价。方法:2016年5月至2018年5月,将该期间来本院的40例缺铁性贫血患者作为研究对象,并设为C组,同时选取40例健康体检者为D组,分别给予血常规检测,评价检测结果。结果:临床指标C组红细胞总数(RBC)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)、血红蛋白含量(Hb)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)数值均低于D组,C组红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)数值高于D组,P<0.05。结论:血常规检测在临床检测中占据重要地位,可通过检测患者血液中的红细胞平均体积(MCV)、血红蛋白含量(Hb)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)等指标判断患者是否属于缺铁性贫血,效果显著。Objective:To evaluate the effect of routine blood testing in the diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia.Methods:From May 2016 to May 2018,40 iron-deficiency anemia patients who came to our hospital during this period were taken as the research object and set as group C.At the same time,40 healthy patients were selected as group D,and they were given blood.Routine testing,evaluation of testing results.Results:Clinical indicators:The total number of red blood cells(RBC),average red blood cell volume(MCV),hemoglobin content(Hb),average red blood cell hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),and average red blood cell hemoglobin content(MCH)values of group C are lower than those of group D,group C The red blood cell volume distribution width(RDW)value was higher than that of group D,P<0.05.Conclusion:Routine blood testing occupies an important position in clinical testing.It can detect the average red blood cell volume(MCV),hemoglobin content(Hb),average red blood cell hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),average red blood cell hemoglobin content(MCH)and other indicators in the patient’s blood.To determine whether the patient belongs to iron-deficiency anemia,the effect is significant,and it should be promoted clinically.
