高等教育供给结构与产业结构升级的适应性研究——基于新疆兵团的数据

摘　　要：文章运用变异系数法、耦合协调度模型从宏观层面对2006-2017年兵团高等教育供给结构与产业结构升级之间的协调性进行分析,并从微观层面对兵团高等院校进行调查分析,结果发现:兵团高等教育发展和产业结构高级化均与发达地区存在差距;兵团高等教育供给结构与产业结构升级的协调度在缓慢上升,但并没有形成良好的适应性关系;兵团高等院校目标定位不明确,改革力度不足,在专业设置、师资队伍等方面仍存在问题,不能适应兵团经济发展转型中的产业结构升级。This paper analyzes the coordination between the higher education supply structure and industrial structure upgrading of XPCC from the macro level by using the variation coefficient method and coupling coordination degree model, and investigates and analyzes the higher education institutions of XPCC from the micro level. The results show that there is a gap between the development of higher education and the upgrading of industrial structure between XPCC and the developed regions;the higher education supply of XPCC is higher than that of developed regions The coordination degree between the structure and the upgrading of industrial structure is increasing slowly, but it does not form a good adaptive relationship;the objectives of colleges and universities in XPCC are not clear, the reform is insufficient, and there are still problems in specialty setting and teaching staff, which cannot adapt to the industrial structure upgrading in the economic development and transformation of XPCC.
