In order to reduce and prevent the occurrence of high-altitude fall accidents, based on the behavioral safety"2-4"model and AHP method, this paper makes a comparative analysis on the causes of habitual behaviors from three aspects, namely safety knowledge, safety awareness and safety habit, and proposes some preventive measures. The results show that low safety awareness is the key factor affecting unsafe habitual behaviors, lack of safety knowledge is mainly reflected in the lack of knowledge about labor protection articles, the low safety awareness is reflected in the insufficient attention to high-altitude operations, and the poor safety habits are mainly related to the implementation degree of safety management responsibilities.Based on the analysis results, this paper puts forward countermeasures to prevent the occurrence of unsafe habitual behaviors of staff from the aspects of enterprise safety countermeasures, operation risk monitoring, safety knowledge check and so on,so as to reduce the occurrence of accidents.
