摘 要:新型阻燃材料的研发与优化对特种防火服装材料的应用具有重要的意义。硼酸钙(CB)是一类新型的硼酸盐类阻燃剂,通过对硼酸钙和三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)在环氧基膨胀型阻燃剂(IFR)涂层中的抑烟增效性能进行测试。结果表明,材料添加CB和Sb2O3后的热释放速率、产烟率、烟雾指数和火灾性能指数均显著降低。同时,由于CB和Sb2O3的存在,比光密度显著降低。研究得出,CB和Sb2O3对IFR涂层的协同阻燃有较好的效果。The development and optimization of novel flame retardant materials are of great importance to the application of some special fire retardant clothing materials.Calcium borate(CB)is a new type of borate flame retardant.The smoke suppression and synergistic properties of calcium borate and antimony trioxide(Sb2O3)in epoxy expansive flame retardant(IFR)coating are tested.The results show that the heat release rate,smoke generation rate,smoke index and fire performance index of CB and Sb2O3 are significantly reduced.At the same time,the optical density is significantly reduced due to the existence of CB and Sb2O3.It is concluded that CB and Sb2O3 have better synergistic flame-retardant effect on IFR coating.
