摘 要:为进一步探究电动修复工艺参数与效率、能耗间的关系,选取不同电压梯度(1,1.5,2 V/cm)、含水率(35%,45%,55%)、柠檬酸浓度(50,100,150 mmol/L)设计三因素三水平正交试验。结果表明,在电压梯度1 V/cm,柠檬酸浓度100 mmol/L,含水率45%的条件下,Cd的去除率可以达到63.14%,且能耗最低(0.383(kW·h)/g);柠檬酸浓度对电动修复Cd的去除率影响最大,电压梯度对电动修复Cd的能耗具有较显著的影响(p<0.05)。2 V/cm的电压梯度对能耗的影响主要体现在提高了系统的电流强度和电渗流量。上述结论对指导场地重金属Cd污染的电动修复具有一定的参考意义。In order to reveal relationships between technological parameters,efficiency and energy consumption of electrokinetic remediation,three factors including voltage gradient(1,1.5,2 V/cm),water content(35%,45%,55%)and citric acid concentration(50,100,150 mmol/L),are selected in an orthogonal experiment.The results show that under the condition of voltage gradient of 1 V/cm,citric acid concentration of 100 mmol/L and water content of 45%,the removal rate of Cd can reach 63.14%,and the energy consumption is the lowest(0.383(kW·h)/g).The concentration of citric acid has the greatest influence on the removal rate of Cd,and the voltage gradient has a significant influence on the energy consumption of removing Cd from the red soil(p<0.05).The energy consumption was mainly reflected in the improvement of current intensity and electroosmosis flow in the system of 2 V/cm voltage gradient.The above conclusion has a certain reference to guide the electrokinetic remediation of Cd polluted site.
