摘 要:目的:分析江门市某院住院患者气单胞菌流行病学特征及其耐药性特征,为有效控制气单胞菌感染及临床治疗提供依据。方法:收集2012年1月至2019年6月某三甲医院临床科室住院患者标本分离的122株气单胞菌,采用描述性流行病学方法分析气单胞菌流行病学特征及其耐药特征。结果:共分离到122株气单胞菌,男性标本占68.03%,60~组人群检出最多,为19株(15.57%);检出最多的月份是7月,16株(13.11%)。感染以嗜水气单胞菌为主,其次温和气单胞菌,分别占63.93%和31.97%;标本来源主要来自伤口分泌物(41.80%),其次是粪便(11.48%)和胆汁(11.48%)。嗜水气单胞菌与温和气单胞对甲氧苄啶-磺胺甲恶唑耐药率最高,分别为41.30%和48.72%,温和气单胞菌对头孢吡肟的耐药率比嗜水气单胞菌高(χ^2=6.158,P<0.05),嗜水气单胞菌与温和气单胞其他抗菌药物的耐药率差异无统计学意义。结论:嗜水气单胞菌与温和气单胞对甲氧苄啶-磺胺甲恶唑耐药率高,临床工作中应根据药敏结果选择合适抗生素,以减少气单胞菌耐药的产生。Objective:To analyze the epidemic characteristics and drug resistance of aeromonas in a hospital of Jiang Men.Methods:We collected clinical data of 122 clinical inpatients infected with aeromonas from January 2012 to June 2019,and analyze the epidemic characteristics and drug resistance change of the strains by using descriptive study.Results:A total of 122 strains of aeromonas were collected,which mainly infected male,accounting for 68.03%,and the most specimens were found in 60~group,accounting for 15.57%;16 strains of aeromonas were collected accounting for 13.11%in July.There were 78 isolates of aeromonas hydrophilic(63.93%),followed by 39 isolates of Aeromonas sobria(31.97%),and they were mainly isolated from wound secretion(41.8%),followed with feces(11.48%)and bile(11.48%).The drug resistance rates of aeromonas hydrophilic and aeromonas sobria to trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole were the highest,respectively 41.30%and 48.72%.The drug resistance rate of Aeromonas sobria to cefepime was higher than that of aeromonas hydrophilic(2=6.158,P<0.05),while there was no significant difference for other drug resistance rates between aeromonas hydrophilis and aeromonas.Conclusion:The drug resistance rates of aeromonas hydrophilic and aeromonas sobria to trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole were the highest,appropriate antibiotics should be selected according to drug sensitivity results in clinical work to reduce the generation of aeromonas drug resistance.
