弹力面罩及常规绷带加压包扎预防腮腺肿瘤术后涎腺瘘的对比分析

摘　　要：目的:对比分析弹力面罩及常规绷带两种加压包扎方法预防腮腺良、恶性肿瘤术后涎腺瘘的效果。方法:选取2015年1月~2019年9月60例腮腺良、恶性肿瘤手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予弹力面罩加压包扎,对照组给予常规绷带加压包扎,比较两组敷料松动情况、涎腺瘘发生情况及满意度。结果:观察组敷料松动发生率为3.33%,较对照组的26.67%显著降低(P<0.05),术后涎腺瘘发生率为13.33%,较对照组26.67%显著降低,且对照组术后涎腺瘘分级较观察组严重(P<0.05);观察组满意率、非常满意率分别为90.00%、60.00%,较对照组66.67%、26.67%显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:弹力面罩加压包扎应用于腮腺良、恶性肿瘤患者术后预防涎腺瘘效果显著,并提高患者的满意度,值得推广。Objective:To compare and analyze the effects of elastic masks and conventional bandages on preventing salivary fistulas after surgery for benign and malignant parotid tumors;Methods:60 patients with benign and malignant parotid tumors from January 2015 to September 2019 were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group were given compression dressing with elastic masks,while the control group were given compression dressing with conventional bandages,with the dressing loosening,the salivary fistula occurrence and the satisfaction degree compared;Results:the incidence of dressing loosening in the observation group was 3.33%,significantly lower than that in the control group(26.67%).The postoperative salivary fistula rate was 13.33%in the observation group,significantly lower than that in the control group(26.67%).The postoperative salivary fistula grading of the control group was more serious than that of the observation group.The rate of being satisfactory and very satisfactory in the observation group were 90.00%and 60.00%respectively,significantly higher than those of the control group(66.67%and 26.67%respectively),the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion:Elastic mask compression bandages used to prevent salivary fistulas after surgery in patients with parotid benign and malignant tumors are very effective and improve the satisfaction of patients,worthy of promotion.
