摘  要:通过宏观试验研究了碳纤维环氧复合材料机身壁板及其衍生结构的抗火焰烧穿性能。对比分析了隔热隔音棉对结构抗烧穿性能的影响,探讨了现有适航条款及符合性验证方法的适用性。结果表明:复合材料及其衍生结构具有良好的抗火焰烧穿性能,能够满足当前抗烧穿适航验证方法提出的符合性判据;隔热隔音棉提高了的隔热能力;针对结构的可燃性和烟气毒性,需要对现有条款进行必要的修正。Taking the carbon fibre epoxy composite fuselage wall plate and its derivative structure as the research object,its flame burn-through resistance was studied through macro tests.The effects of thermal insulation and sound insulation cotton on the burnthrough resistance of composite structures were compared and analysed,and the applicability of existing airworthiness provisions and compliance verification methods was discussed.The results show that the composite material and its derivative structure have good flame burn-through resistance,and can meet the compliance criteria proposed by the current burn-through resistance airworthiness verification method.The thermal insulation and sound insulation cotton can improve the thermal insulation capability of the composite wallboard.For the flammability and smoke toxicity of composite structures,necessary amendments should be done to existing provisions.
