摘 要:为探索解决高速公路各类灾害事故应急救援存在的问题,笔者从高速公路灾害事故应急救援典型案例入手,对高速公路专职消防队建设相关问题进行了研究,分析了目前高速公路灭火和应急救援方面存在的突出风险、薄弱环节以及高速公路专业消防救援力量缺乏的主要原因,研究了建设高速公路专职消防队、消防站的重要性、必要性和可行性,从加强顶层设计、完善政策法规、强化行业推动、科学合理布局、完善指挥调度相关工作机制等方面提出了建议。Aiming at the problems existing in the emergency rescue of various kinds of disasters and accidents on the expressway,starting with the typical cases of the emergency rescue of disasters and accidents on the expressway,this paper studies the problems related to the construction of the full-time fire brigade on the expressway,and analyzes the outstanding risks,weak links and the main reasons of the lack of professional fire rescue forces on the expressway.Studied the importance,necessity and feasibility of building a full-time fire brigade and fire station of expressway,and put forward suggestions from the aspects of strengthening top-level design,improving policies and regulations,strengthening industry promotion,scientific and reasonable layout,and improving the relevant work mechanism of command and dispatching.
